Non emancipated minors may only be Designers or Investors if they acquire the permission and consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be responsible for all acts performed by children in their care, according to the rules of force and all applicable laws.
The User agrees to use the Web and its contents made available to Users on the Web, in accordance with the Term of Use and as provided by law, morality, public order. The Planner is a user that has been proposed in one or several Web projects for which the Investors can fund.
When presenting a Project, The Web is subject to prior approval by Safari.
The Planner shall establish an economic purpose (hereinafter the "Target"), to be filled by within a specified period, (hereinafter the "Term"). The project may receive contributions throughout the Term, even when these exceed the amounts provided in the Goal.
The Planner is committed to providing clear and precise indications for all proposed Project:
The Counterparts that can be selected for a project are: Grant, Rewards and Social Capital (or Equity).
Donation: if the contribution is a donation from an Investor, a non- onerous delivery, which has no associated counterpart except for thanks for the input.
Reward: when in exchange of the contribution, the Investor will receive in return a good that the Planner offers.
Social Capital: When in exchange for the contribution, Investor gets a share of the Company’s Planner, by shares.
Whatever may be the number of people involved in a given Project, a project always has a unique Planner, identified only as the beneficiary of the rights and that has to assume the responsibility for the obligations of the Project.
The Planner is committed to fulfill all his/her obligations.
If the Term of the Project had ended and the project has not reached the target, the contributions of the Investors will not be made and neither the charge. In that case, if any service from the Safari Planner was made, with a Fee or Commission, the amount shall not be returned to the Planner.
When, after the Term, the project equals or exceeds the target, the Investors reaching contributions will be confirmed and the charges carried to effect. In no event, Safari shall be responsible for payment of taxes and fees. The Planner is obliged in that case to complete the project within the time limit established in the terms of the Project and to reward investors with Counterparts that have been described in the Project.
Users are informed of risks associated with all Projects and expressly accepted the risk of uncertainty regarding the realization of the projects. Investors can review the Risk Guide for more information.
The contributions of Investors in projects are carried out by payment service offered by the website and are loaded when the Term project is finished and equals or exceeds the target.
While the limit set by the Planner has not ended, the investor of a project participant may decide to cancel his/her contribution to it.
Once ended, inputs are locked and the charges are granted to the Investors which can override the longer performed. Thereafter, all claims must be sent directly to the Planner.
Safari does not charge any commission to Investors, only the Planner.
The Investor expressly acknowledges and agrees that, from the moment that the project that he supports is funded, Safari Planner will communicate the identity information to the Designer.
In the event that The User send files of any type to the Web, he/she represents, warrants and agrees that he/she is entitled to do so freely, that such information does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or any other third party right, that such information is not confidential and that such information is not harmful to others.
The User accepts responsibility and will indemnify Safari or any damage resulting from any communication or personally provide in his/her name, reaching such liability without restriction the accuracy, legality, originality and ownership of it.
Safari has the power to decide the disclosure or publication of any content submitted by the User reserves.

If the project reaches the target, the draftsman will contract with the Investors; the obligation to comply with the delivery of Counterparts, while adhering to what it is defined in the Project. The deadline for such delivery shall be marked as provided in the Project description.
The Project Manager may cancel the project at any time during the period of publication, without having to justify its decision. However, the written notice will be required to Safari via email. It is the responsibility of the Planner complies with tax obligations arising from the amounts that are delivered by Safari after the completion of the project.
The Commission will be charged to the Planner without any financial remuneration by the users perceived by Safari. The amounts paid by the Investors to finance the project will be available to Safari only with purpose of making delivery to the Planner in the event that the project reaches the target.
The period of time between the deadline and that the money raised is delivered to the Planner shall be established by the Payment Gateways.
Safari provides the following exclusions of liability, which the User expressly agrees:

Likewise, the Planner warrants and undertakes to indemnify Safari against all damage suffered by the latter or the fact which is charged in connection with a Project, and unlimited guarantee against any action for damages, to put up against Safari, User or any third party due to presentation, the development or implementation of a project presented at The Web.
Safari does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Web. When it will reasonably possible, Safari will give notice of interruptions in the operation of the Web. Safari will not guarantee the use of the Web to perform any particular activity, nor its infallibility.
Access to the Web is indefinite. The Planner stated that the Projects that will be posted on the Web will be only original works created by himself and in no way he/she will try to make copies or reproductions that violate intellectual property rights of third parties. Safari may terminate the accounts of any Users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others. Safari reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.

IIn the event that The User resides outside of Spain, Safari and The User hereby expressly waive any other jurisdiction, the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).
